These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "user") who use the n52a platform — website n52a.win and all related services — and n52a ("we" or "the platform").

Withdrawals

To make a withdrawal, your bonus wagering requirement must be fully completed in addition to your gameplay balance. The withdrawal method and minimum amount requirements are —

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks (for any method)
• Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Processing times may be longer in the following cases — during KYC verification, operational time restrictions, or banking network issues
• You must withdraw using the same method used for your deposit

Financial Restrictions

We do not accept third-party payments for deposits or withdrawals. If the account holder and the person making the payment do not match, the deposit will be cancelled and refunded. If you play using borrowed money, we take no responsibility for that.

Welcome Bonus

n52a's welcome bonus gives you 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The bonus can only be received once and applies to the first deposit only.

Refer a Friend Promotion

In n52a's Refer a Friend program, the referrer will receive 10% of the referred friend's first deposit as bonus funds, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per friend. In addition, a weekly commission of 0.3% from the referred friends' valid play will also be earned. The details of this promotion may be updated and will take effect from the date we announce the changes.

VIP Bonus and Cashback

n52a has 3 VIP tiers, with cashback rates as follows —

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

To move up to a higher VIP level, players must show consistent activity on the platform and meet the requirements set by n52a. All VIP bonuses are subject to these terms and conditions, which may be updated.

Fair Play

n52a is committed to fair play. Every player must play any game in its original format — RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer — and must not attempt to manipulate or exploit game mechanics.

• Using software bots or automation tools to play is prohibited
• Collusion (working together with another player to cheat) is prohibited
